Butter chicken thighs over rice, will be dinner.

 


The chicken thighs are coated in flour seasoned heavily with 5-spice, and then browned in butter.

The sauce is what remained in the pan after the chicken was removed, mixed with flour to make roux, and then hit with coconut milk and chicken stock.

Seasoned with Garum Masala, Turmeric, and fresh black pepper. A whole head of garlic cloves, and fresh green onion and parsley from the garden.

The rice is in the cooker with chicken stock, Turmeric,, and black pepper.
