Lonesome flatbread pizza...

 

Yesterday evening was magical in that everyone went the hell away and left me alone for a few hours.  That's so rare, it brings on tears.

I treated myself to a flatbread pizza from scratch.  Garlic and herbs in the raised dough, with a simple sauce and Motz on top.  Oh, a few dabs of homemade Ricotta were maybe shmeared on too.
