Up at 5am after a dream. Seems there are a lot of regrets and shame rolling around the ID, even after years and years have gone by. Meanwhile, it's 6am and one mug of coffee down, and I am starting the day already washed out. Not sure what that is, but the doc said listen to my body... or else.

On that note, I cooked bacon and made drop biscuits for the masses, and loaded the dishwasher. All well and good to feeling low, but nobody else is stepping up to do the needful things.

On the third hand.... looks like I inherited the headache and sore throat all the cool kids had this week. Picked a bad week to give up drinking...lol.

A thought or two...

First, stay safe my Southern friends, as best you can. Stay cool, think hard.

Second.... since Biden is Non Compas Mentis, this storm is the perfect opportunity for Harris to leap... LEAP I tell you.... into action and prove herself.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that. Trump, on the other hand, is probably already planning aid and recovery.

I made chicken parmesan last night, for the first time. Those who ate it (always iffy around here) said it was the BEST EVAR. It was easy, but step intensive, if that makes any sense.
