Beef bone broth for Ramen tonight.

 All of this is in the pressure cooker for 3 hours.


Seared beef loin

Roasted marrow bones and roasted onion/carrot/celery/cabbage/lemongrass

Roasted garlic

Sauteed mushrooms

Roasted ginger

Soy sauce

Reduced sodium beef base  (Only salt in the dish)

Homemade chicken stock

Rice wine vinegar

Teaspoon brown sugar

Cinnamon stick

Cardamom, cloves, and black pepper

Aleppo pepper
