Yesterday The Wife got me OTC hearing aids. For reasons. Kind of cool really.
This morning she began teaching classes and doing meetings, and now I can HEAR EVERY WORD whether I want to or not. Not so cool. I suddenly realized I didn't have to, and put the things back in their case. Now it was cool again.
Then, suddenly all over again, I recalled these things are Bluetooth equipped. Ah Ha! Back in they go, and nothing but good music for three hours straight. They even filter out the background noise.... including her meetings. "Huh" Can't hear you Babe!". Now it's SUPER cool!

In my yut, Islamists stole Iran from it's citizens. As part of that, they began by murdering pretty much everyone at all TV and radio stations, as well as all newspapers. Foreign reporters were either murdered or thrown out, depending on what they had seen.
Well, it looks like the people want their nation back, and they are getting downright serious about it. As a result, the islamists shut down power, TV, radio, and this time... internet all across Iran. Common opinion seems to be they don't want any witnesses to what they plan on doing to the people.
One issue in their way. A year ago there were estimated to be 20,000 starlink units in Iran. Right now there are about 100,000 starlink units in Iran. Each needs nothing more than a car battery and some open sky. The murdering sick bastards CAN'T hide what they are doing anymore.
They are now finding this out the hard way.

And now, from WTF? side of the day, comes this fun little story from the London Times. The UAE is cutting funding to Arab students who want to study in Britain. They say the risk of radical Islamic infection is too great.
