It wasn't that long ago that my family was in the same position, being fucked over by the same Lincoln Insurance company thieves.  It was hard times, and it would have been made better by even a single person stepping up to help.  Now's the chance to show Kelly someone cares.  Lincoln sure as hell doesn't.
