A dehydrator load (8 trays) of Sage. Double dried and flaked, ready for a winter's use.
The herb bed can only be called 'lush' this year, with multiple cuttings hitting dehydrator.
Sage, Basil, Oregano, Mint, Dried greens, and my own 'Italian seasoning' mix. Enough to last all Winter at the least. This represents 9 full dehydrator loads.
