Hey, youse gots one of dees in the kitchen drawer?

Do you have an egg slicer in the kitchen someplace?  That thing with the wires that slices an eggs into perfect thin slices.  You have one?   Yeah, so that is a unitasker, isn't it?  Just slices eggs.

I don't like unitaskers.  Some widget that only does one thing.  Our kitchen is small, crowded, and too gadgetry laden already.

But, is that slicer really a unitasker?  Nay Nay I say!

Give it a shot with small to medium mushrooms, and be shocked at how easy it is to make perfectly sliced mushrooms in a heartbeat.  This thing took 90% of the knife work out of our mushroom toast breakfast.
